I've tried my hardest (with lots of humble pie) to follow my heart and put our relationship over EVERYTHING else.

Through all the tense moments, and there have been many (hello, high school, graduation, college), staying committed to her emotional health has rewarded me with something truly special.

A pause in the chaos. Start fresh with a new lens on behavior AND your reactions. These programs are 90% about us - as parents.
A plan for the real cause. Investigate what your child's behavior really means (anxiety, fear, lack of skills, etc.) instead of just demanding compliance.
Relationship-building tools. Repair, rebuild, and strengthen your connection. with words that work, support, and boundaries that won't damage your bond.
Limits without the dall out. You still set limits. They still have feelings. But you build connection instead of resistance.
Clarity on your family's limits. Know which boundaries are right for your child's stage (because chronological age ≠ emotional development).
